How billing works
- What is the founding price?
- A lower price for the first workspaces that subscribe. It is available for a limited time. A workspace that subscribes at the founding price keeps it for its first 12 months, then renews at the list price shown beside it. Workspaces from the beta can still take it after launch.
- Who counts as a seat?
- A person who can steer an agent: an owner, an admin or a member. Watchers are free and unlimited. Inviting someone costs nothing until they accept.
- Do I still pay for Claude Code or Codex?
- Yes. Pairon works on top of the agent you already have. Your agent subscription stays separate and is paid by whoever’s computer runs the agent. Pairon never limits or meters agent turns.
- How does the trial work?
- A Free workspace can try Team for 7 days. No payment method is needed and nothing is charged when it ends. If you do not choose a plan, the workspace returns to Free and nothing is deleted.
- What happens when I add someone mid-month?
- On monthly billing they are free until your next bill. On yearly billing they are charged at once for the rest of the year.
- Who will I be paying?
- Paid plans will be sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it is the seller on your receipt and handles the payment, tax and invoice. Pairon is not a registered company; it is run by an individual in India, registered with Dodo under a personal PAN.
- Can I cancel?
- At any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, and any right the law gives you still applies.
Paid plans open at public launch. During the private beta nothing is limited and nothing is charged. Prices are before tax. Pairon is not a registered company: it is run by an individual in India, who sells through Dodo Payments under a personal PAN. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record, the seller named on the checkout page and the receipt, and handles payment, tax and invoices. See the Terms and the Refund Policy.
