Cookie policy

Pairon uses browser storage to remember your analytics choice. Optional analytics uses a short-lived tab identifier and runs only after you allow it. The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking SDKs.

• Choice storage: local storage key pairon.analytics-consent.v1 records whether you allowed or rejected analytics. It expires after 180 days. Pairon uses it to remember your choice and avoid asking on every page.
• Analytics visit id: if you allow analytics, session storage holds a random tab visit id and event de-duplication markers for that browser tab. They are not set before consent. They are cleared when you reject or withdraw where the browser permits.
• Server event record: after consent, Pairon’s first-party API may receive page paths, fixed interaction labels, campaign fields, referring site hostname and the random visit id. The event does not contain your form contents or page query string.

The site does not currently embed third-party video, social media, advertising or analytics content. Product videos and poster images are hosted on Pairon’s domain. Sign-in links to Google and GitHub leave the site and are subject to those providers’ own storage practices.

Optional analytics stays off until you select “Allow analytics.” “Reject analytics” is available with equal prominence. You can withdraw or change the choice at any time below. A Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics off. If your browser cannot store a choice, analytics remains disabled.

Browser storage rules vary by location. Pairon uses opt-in for optional analytics so it does not depend on an opt-out banner where prior consent is required. Essential storage is limited to remembering your selection and is not used for ads.
